JS LED Power Inc. warrants its new, factory certified products and its parts against defects in material during the specified warranty period. During this period, JS LED will, at its sole option, repair or replace a defective product or part without charge to you. This excludes shipping or installation, field support labor or loss of profit, incoming or revenue.

JS LED Power Inc. ("JS LED ") warrants all JS LED brand products, including Led modules, LED sign and power supply which you have purchased directly from JS LED or from JS LED authorized distributors to be free from defects in materials under normal use during the warranty period. The customer will process warranty service with JS LED’s distributor if they purchased from them.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS NORMAL USEAGE ONLT. JS LED DOES NOT WARRANT AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY MISUSE, ABUSE, ACCIDENTS, VIRUSES, UNAUTHORIZED SERVICE OR PARTS, OR THE COMBINATION OF JS LED BRANDED PRODUCTS WITH OTHER PRODUCTS. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER SOFTWARE OR NON- JS LED BRANDED PRODUCTS. THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER PROVIDES ANY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO SOFTWARE OR NON- JS LED BRANDED PRODUCTS.

• LED sign purchased in the United States and Canada is warranted to be free from defect for a period of one (1) years from the date of their original purchase. Should your LED sign fail within first years, JS LED will replace it replacement excluding shipping cost.

• MJ and HM series LED controllers and dimmers are warranted to be free from defect for a period of (1) year from the date of their original purchase.
• This limited warranty is valid only when the LED controller, LED dimmer and JS brand Power supply used together.
• During the warranty period, JS LED will repair or replace defective parts with new or, at JS LED’s option, serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new parts in performance. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of JS LED.
• This warranty does not apply any others involved installation, remove or replacement caused by LED controllers and LED dimmers. 

‧ DOA (Dead on Arrival) Products :

Customer shall request DOA merchandise to be replaced within 5 days from the date of the original invoice.

   Customer must request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number for

   The DOA product within 5 days from the date of the corresponding issued

   Invoice.

‧ Regular RMA (In-Warranty Products):

This provision excludes products, which defects are caused by customer and/or carrier’s mishandling.

The following described products are excluded from repair service, and are advised not to be sent back to JS LED for repair as they are deemed not repairable.

·         Products found bent, corroded, deformed, mildewed, broken, rusted, scratched PC board surface or of similar conditions.

‧ Customer shall email the detail information of defective products to service@jsledpower.com

‧ The information should include returned quantity, model# problem description and your contact information.

‧ RMA # will be emailed you with instructions.

BOX or CARTON

When returning a product back to JS LED it should be boxed and packed in the original packing to prevent damage in transit. If original is not available a comparable corrugated box/carton and foam packing should be used to prevent damage to the product during shipping. Damaged product will be refused.

SINGLE PACKAGE SHIPPING

·        JS LED recommends the use of the original corrugated box/carton and foam packing.

·         If original box/carton is not available, pack in a double walled corrugated box/ carton, which can with stand the weight of the product. 

·          For best results contact your carrier for their packing and shipping guidelines.

DISCRIPENCIES

·        Any claims for loss or damage must be made directly to the carrier by the shipper. JS LED will notify the customer within 2-4 business days of any damage or non- JS LED product received.

·        JS LED reserves the right to refuse any shipment, which is suspected of damage.

• JS LED and customer, each party will pay for one-way shipping for depot repair and replacement in warranty period
• Customer will pay round trip charge for out of warranty repair

• JS LED RMA department will retain 5-10 business day in our facility to process your RMA

• In order to ensure a fast turn-around time, the products that are shipped back to the customers will be replacements of the same models as returned RMA or the same product as returned RMA. JS LED will decide either way without notice.

    Customer could request return for credit ONLY applicable below:

·         From the distributor of JS LED and/or JS LED where the product bought

·         within 3 days from the invoice date

·         subject to a 15% restocking fee

·         must pay all shipping costs and ship back first

• A RMA number will be issued to customer prior to return

Out of warranty: Customer is responsible for all parts, labor and shipping charges.  For rates

And estimates please call and ask for service department.

·         All damages must be reported and noted on the bill of lading same day product is received, and faxed to us immediately in order to properly file a claim report. Otherwise, Customer is responsible for all incurred repair costs, which may include: labor, parts, and all related shipping charges.

·         JS LED retains the right to assess all warranty claims and to determine if damages are covered by the warranty. In case of a claim that is not covered by the warranty, you will be contacted to determine whether JS LED should repair the damage for a fee or whether the product should be returned to you as received by JS LED.
