Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role in Houston, TX for an Inside Sales Representative.
• The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for customer satisfaction,
• preparing customer quotes, generating sales, account management,
• and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3+ years lighting or signage sales experience required as must
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Ability to travel occasionally
• Familiarity with QuickBooks

Job Responsibilities and Packages

• Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects
• Plan and execute your own sales plans
• Able to achieve your own goals to maximize sales potentials
• Offer support and information to help customers meet their objectives
• Collaborate with your directors to determine important sales strategies and sales approaches
• Receive proper training to maintain professional and technical knowledge
• Provide information on products, service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order and reports
• Resolve and address customer complaints regarding sales and service
• $60000-$150000 COM, PTO, Insurance
• Day shift/Work Location: In person
