JS LED products are warranted for the period, as specified in each product specification sheet, from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. If this product fails to operate due to defects in material or workmanship, simply return this product to JS LED or its distributor along with the original invoice within the number of years of purchase, when specified in each product specification. This product will be repaired or replaced at JS LED's option. This warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of the product.

1. Limited Warranty
This warranty does not cover installation, uninstallation, or any other costs involved.
The warranty is void when products are used in applications beyond their original intended use or any damage is caused by improper installation.

2. Replacement
The warranty covers a replacement, not a refund.
The replacements could be a new or a refurbished product. It could be a similar product which was being phased out.

3. Freight
JS LED will cover the freight to ship the replacement product to Customer.
Customer response freight to ship the defective products back to JS LED.

4. Advanced Replacement
If a replacement is required prior to the defective product back to JS LED (Advance Replacement), the replacement will be charged first and then will be refunded after defective product received and tested as defective.

5. Refund
Products are only eligible for refund if the original package is not opened and in good shape. The refund will be paid the same way when purchased.
·    Full refund if return within 5 calendar days from the purchase date.
·    15% restocking fee applied if returned from 6th to 15th calendar days.
It is not eligible for refunds if returned over 15 calendar days. Credit may apply.
